I tried to do two pepperoni and cheese pies today. I used the dough recipe for bread makers. I did one for three minutes and the second for four. I think the 4-minute one was good and the time to go with.
Two things I would change for next time:
1) I think I’d use corn meal instead of flour. I’m not sure but I think this will help the bottom of the crust brown more.
2) I might replace the sea salt in the dough recipe with garlic-parsley salt.
